Rohan is a postdoctoral researcher in the Weissman Lab. He studies evolutionary theory and population genetics, applying mathematical modeling techniques to solve biological problems. His current projects include a theoretical study of the evolution of cooperation and extracting information about recombination, epistasis, and antibiotic resistance from large datasets of bacterial genomes.
